There's been a lot of talk lately about the Orthodox understanding of divorce and remarriage. The Holy Father Pope Francis has aired it; recently he invited Cardinal Walter Kasper to give a reflection on the admission to communion of those divorced and remarried at the Consistory of Cardinals. The subject will be addressed at this year's Orientale Lumen Conference (arranged by our sister Society in the USA) and it will also feature in the annual conference of the Fellowship of St Alban & St Sergius in the UK (our friends in the largely Orthodox-Anglican society here in England).
